Since 1994, Wolfe Development has built affordable, stylish homes for over 600 families. We have earned our reputation for quality by standing behind each home with a great support system and superior 10-year home warranty. Since 2005, we have built and now manage nearly 200 new apartment homes for those who choose to rent. Wolfe Development was founded in 1994 by Kelly and Jennifer Wolfe. A true family business, the company’s daily operations are still the responsibility of the Wolfes. Kelly lays out each foundation and is in charge of the entire building process, from breaking ground through the final punch list. He makes sure the company’s high quality standards are met throughout construction.
