It was a pleasure doing business with Woodham Construction. Arnold was very easy to work with. We are pleased with our new home and would highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with WOODHAM construction. The finishes were exactly what we had in mind. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process. It was timely and enjoyable.

My husband and I built a house with Woodham Construction three years ago and it was a wonderful experience. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and always answered my many questions no matter how many times I ask. We now have a beautiful house to enjoy for the rest of our lives!

I purchased the property at 227 Cedar Grove Lane Enterprise AL in February 2008. The home was a new build by Woodham Construction, CAPTT LLC, it was fully constructed only lacking the interior finishing such as flooring, counter tops, appliances etc. The builder offered a one year warranty to address any issues that may arise and repair to code. During the coverage period, we encountered many issues which included electrical, plumbing, and construction. The builder would send workers that would simply apply patches. I would call and email them on numerous occasions about the dissatisfied nature of the repairs. They subsequently became completely unresponsive to our complaints. My only option was to seek assistance by a filing consumer complaint after learning they closed the LLC prior the warranty agreement. I have discovered ingregious code violations relating to foundation support columns missing or misplaced, notching of support girders, fire code (garage ceiling not built with 5/8 fire wall). There are many others discovered as well. We feel completely unsafe in this house.
