Ziberty did a major renovation of our home in Great Falls. Most importantly, we are happy with the quality and price. We know that many times contractor experiences don’t end well, and we chose Ziberty because we felt the most comfortable with them during our selection process. Now that the project is complete, we can confirm that they are honest and communicate effectively. It was refreshing that they consistently communicated and we always knew what to expect. We could tell that that they genuinely care about us and the home. Overall it was great experience, the costs were fair, and the quality was good. We highly recommend them to anyone we can!

Ziberty built our modern Prairie style home in Fairfax. We love the modern touches and how Ziberty puts in higher level finishes that make a big difference. Between multiple built-ins, smart door locks, laundry connections on all floors, back-up generator ready, plug-in vehicle ready in garage, etc., they made our decision easy. Next, we appreciate how responsive they are. We feel that they genuinely care about us and the home. Overall it has been a refreshingly good experience.

I worked with Ziberty to make some repairs/renovations to my house and it was a great experience! Throughout construction they were always professional, friendly, and trustworthy. It was clear to my wife and I that they cared about the quality of work based on the the effort and willingness to explain anything we asked about. We were nervous about our renovations based on a previous bad experience, but Ziberty took care of any concerns we had and did an incredible job. My wife and I are very detail oriented and we can speak to the quality of their work without hesitation. They fixed flooding issues, replaced exterior trim, and painted several areas. Ziberty was committed to our project from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs renovation or building work. If I could afford it I would definitely own a Ziberty home....but getting them to do some renovation work is the next best thing!

Working with Ziberty was a refreshingly great experience. They built a craftsman style home for us in Vienna VA. Ziberty kept a constant flow of communication and they were always available to talk. They listened to my concerns and paid attention to the details. I found their transparency, openness and communication refreshing. This house was an investor project, and Ziberty internalized our vision. Their quality, price, and efficiency were great, but what I appreciated the most was that I was able to relax knowing that they were honest and cared about doing a great job. I intend to use Ziberty for all my future construction projects!

Ziberty did a major home renovation for us in Alexandria, VA. The overall experience was great. There was constant communication between us the Ziberty team to make sure that we were all on the same page and knew what was going on. When we started, we were just planning on renovating our basement. We had such a good experience with them we decided to have them renovate our entire main level. We really appreciated that they were willing to listen and happy to address the changes we wanted. If you want quality, good pricing, and a great experience, we think Ziberty is a great option!

Ziberty built my single family barn style home in Hamilton, VA. I was impressed with their ability to incorporate all of the commercial level construction pieces to include the post and beam framing, pre-cast concrete planks for the basement ceiling, and steel panels and beams in numerous places. I really appreciated how flexible they were with the design and changes we made during construction. We decided to add a loft after the roof was on, and they happily built the loft and charged a fair price for the additional work. We haven’t had many issues after we moved in, but I have been really happy with Ziberty’s responsiveness on the warranty work for the small items that came up. Overall, we really valued their transparency, honesty, and communication throughout the process. I plan on building another home in the next couple years, and there is no doubt that Ziberty will my builder again! Apr 2017 Update: Ziberty added a wall and door to partition a room for our new baby, and they did a great job again!

We have had a great experience working with Ziberty for our contemporary craftsman home. The quality of both our house and Ziberty experience was great. We have appreciated that have always been professional and willing to answer any questions we had. One thing that really highlights how much they care is how they back-up their warranty. They were very responsive to address any issues that we encountered after moving in. I always give my highest recommendation for Ziberty when anyone asks who built our home. Overall, we are really happy to be living in our Ziberty home for years to come!

Ziberty renovated my house, and I had a great experience! I was on a tight timeline, and they quickly digested what I wanted and started right away. I was really pleased that they finished on budget and ahead of schedule. They took our trust in them seriously, and truly cared about our project from start to finish.
