Zinga Construction

Zinga Construction, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Dave Van Doren. Dave has been involved in the construction industry since he was old enough to swing a hammer. Before starting Zinga, Dave worked for Woodcrest Homes as a project superintendent, and for Gerald H. Phipps as a project engineer. Previously, he worked for several home building and remodeling companies. Dave graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Building Construction Technology. Since it’s founding, Zinga has remodeled and built dozens of custom homes, multi-family structures and commercial properties along the Front Range of Colorado. We work hard to ensure that you get excellent quality work on time and within your budget. Zinga holds a Class B license in Denver and a Class A license in Aurora along with various licenses in most other Cities around the Metro area.
