Jan was instrumental in the sale of my home recently. She staged the house perfectly for its style and location, and I know the staging is what helped sell the home so quickly. She was very helpful with suggestions, and was also willing to listen to suggestions my Realtor and I had. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Well, except I did ask her to come help me at my new home with color choices and I am thrilled with the colors she suggested and am in the process of putting the paint on the walls.

I had a condo listing that had a terrific view but the interior was vacant and very bland. The walls, flooring, cabinetry, counters were all white. The sellers wanted the condo sold quickly and the best way to do that is to expertly stage the property. Jan came in and did wonders with the colors and furniture and it just made you feel at home the moment you stepped in. The spaces flowed elegantly from one room to the next and really showed off the gorgeous view and huge deck. We were able to sell the condo in 30 days for a great price. In fact, the exact same condo next door was listed shortly after ours and sat on the market for months and sold for less than our unit. Great staging works!

I had no idea that rearranging my furniture, painting a few walls and changing a wood burning stove to a gas insert could feel like such a complete makeover. The color choices were excellent and all the recommendations very responsive to my personal preferences. Suggestions for accessories and finishing touches were also very worthwhile. And, since I was out of town for a couple of weeks, AnewDecor was also willing to oversee the painting that needed to be done.

I have use Anew Decor twice, once as a stager when I was selling my condominium, and once as a decorator when I moved into my new home. I was very satisfied with the tasteful, esthetically pleasing, and simple way my condominium was decorated for sale. She really knew exactly what was needed. When moving into my new home, I needed to upgrade everything, furniture, kitchen ware, even art, and her innate knowledge of good design and combination of colors, and her ability to keep the cost down was significant. Her work over-all, saved me an immense amount of time...I gave her carte blanche to choose everything I needed, and I was extremely happy with the results. Jan has a great eye for color and design. I appreciated that she was able to work with my style even when it isn't just like hers. She works hard to help you find just the right item/color to make the room go from okay to great.
