D3 Staging

It turns out that I was destined to stage homes. I grew up in the world of real estate and home decorating. My dad was a realtor and my mother, an avid home decorator. My childhood Sundays were filled with visiting "open houses." After each home tour, my parents, siblings and I would analyze the house: how it was decorated and how it could be improved to sell faster. In the past five years, I've consulted on the staging of hundreds of homes in the Omaha area. I believe my experiences as a renovator, landlord and home seller benefit my clients. I know what buyers want in a home. The homes I stage help buyers see a home's best features, visualize how the space is used and "connect" with the home on an emotional level. My philosophy is simple: If a home is priced right, in a decent location and properly staged, it will sell quickly. I cannot control the price or the location of your home. But I can help you decorate your home so it appeals to a broad audience of buyers. An up-to-date and appropriately staged home is what buyers desire. It is my goal to help every seller create a home that a buyer falls in love with as soon as they walk through the front door.
