I hired Stephanie not once but two times in 2016. First was my late sons home I was selling. The home was very much a male dominated décor. Stephanie delicately and very professionally transformed the home into a wonderful welcoming place. It was like something out of a Mary Poppins movie - totally transformed with beautiful colours and décor. Everyone that came to the open house commented on the décor, and the house was sold in a few weeks . The second project was the transformation of a very cold looking banquet room into a themed baby shower - the guests are still commenting on the décor . Stephanie gave us a house staging consultation on a last minute request walking from room to room to feel the flow of the house. She gave us advice accordingly of ideas for colour placement and suggested various local produce and fresh flowers to draw your eye from room to room. We bought throws and pillows on sale. The house went on the MLS on a Thursday and we had a firm, no conditions signed offer Sunday. The people that came through after seeing the pictures on REALTOR.ca affirmed our pictures hadn't been clear enough but that they were intrigued enough to come through our open house because of something in the pictures that was unique.(Stephanie's colours).
