Not happy. I am selling a home because my fathers death, for what that is worth. I have been told TWICE about no payment for staging when I have actually paid. The first mistake I understand, but again? Because I took a screenshot I can verify they said oops, we found the check. Now, a couple of months later we are in escrow and they are claiming they have received NO payments. Really!? They need organization or ethics training.

I am so sorry that we have caused you aggravation at a difficult time after your father’s passing. We did receive your payment although, as you know, we couldn’t match it up with your property due to a lack of identifying information. You remedied that promptly after our 2nd notice was sent. I am embarrassed to say that we then erroneously mis-marked your payment, which caused us to bill you a third time. This is truly not how we normally operate and I want to extend our sincere apologies for our error in sending the third notice. We have now matched your payment to your invoice and that portion of the account is settled. Please forgive us for this error. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate your business and your candid comments allowing us to improve our service going forward. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
