We enlisted Five Starr Staging & Redesign to assist us with our law office expansion. After the renovation, we had a large blank slate and needed help decorating the office in a professional and cost-effective manner. At the initial complimentary walk and talk consultation, she gave us many ideas for what we could do to make the space warm and inviting while keeping it professional. She used the items we had and the artwork we had for inspiration, saving us some money, but also giving us some ideas on re-purposing some of it. Five Starr hung our artwork and curtains and built a barn door to hide our storage area. This was a challenging task as it is a very unusual storage area, but they found a way to make it look cohesive with the rest of the room. We had large blank walls and her eye for hanging artwork is to-notch! We have received many compliments on the way our office looks from colleagues and friends and we love coming to work everyday in the beautiful space Five Starr helped create. I would highly recommend Starr and her team for any project where you are looking to make your space beautiful and inviting!

I can't say enough about Starr! She was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and works closely with the client. Compared to other companies, her prices were very reasonable too. She walks you through the whole process, will go visit the house so she can give the right estimate, and will give you a "vision" of what the house will look like before actually staging. She is easy to reach and responds to messages in a reasonable amount of time. She did such an amazing job staging our home that within less than 24 hours, we had offers on the house and sold the house within 48 hours. EVETYONE commented on how great the furniture looked. Professional and hard working. Staged my bungalow home on the beach with a tasteful nautical theme and feminized the bathroom and bedroom. All colors were coordinated and rich with orange and black accoutrements that complemented the space. Being a small area, it became enhanced with appropriate furnishings in rattan that produced the feel of a bigger space. Both placement and choice of art added balance and color. Highly recommendable service!

Five Starr did an excellent job for me recently staging a small 2 bed 1 bath investment (flip) property for me. She was very easy to work with and delivered as promised. The rate and terms we very favorable compared to the other companies we spoke with. All realtors and buyers that came to see the property had positive feedback on the staging decor. I recently had two vacant homes staged by Starr Staging, both homes priced under $300K. The decor and furnishings chosen by Starr were beautifully coordinated, appropriate for the character of each home, and maximized the appeal of each home. I am very pleased with Starr's design expertise and creativity, and expect her staging services to result in a shorter marketing time and higher ultimate price than if the homes were marketed as vacant.

I'd like to commend Starr for her exceptional performance. I gave her a very difficult assignment. I signed a contract with a buyer on a Friday who wanted their property listed by the following Wednesday. I called Starr on Saturday morning to see if she could meet me at the home to evaluate it, take pictures and send the seller a quote. To properly launch this home I needed professional photos taken. The photographer was scheduled for Wednesday morning, which meant, all the staging had to be done by end of day Tuesday. Starr quickly contacted her suppliers who confirmed they could deliver the furniture by Tuesday at 2:00. I met Starr at 1:00 Tuesday to help her bring in all her accessories. The furniture arrived on time and Starr went to work. By 7:00 that evening Starr was done putting everything into place. It looked beautiful. She included many special touches like placing very attractive coffee mugs on the kitchen counter, to positioning shopping bags and some cute clothes into the walk-in closet to dress it up. The staging and process was perfect and painless! Beautifully desgined with quality furniture and accents. It's well worth the investment to show potentail buyers how to lay out a room, especially if you have an open concept floor plan.
