Helpful Home Staging

I cannot recommend the services of Helpful Home Staging high enough- 5,000 stars is not an option. To begin with I was unsure if the expense of a stager was needed and considered showing my home empty. A few of my friends had used a stager and convinced me of how impactful it can be during the selling process. After about an hour on installation day I became completely convinced of how important this service can be for potential buyers! It truly made my home more appealing than at any point while I was living in the house. The rooms were appropriately furnished, seamlessly flowed between areas and made the whole house feel inviting- I actually considered buying the furniture and keeping the house! Lisa and the team at Helpful Home Staging were absolute professionals and made the whole process simple from setup to move out. The designer (Karen) thoughtfully and tastefully furnished the house after just a short visit. My home was just a simple middle of the road bungalow and she nailed the prefect balance by matching the staging with the eventual price point for the home. The crew worked incredibly efficiently while also being extremely respectful of my property by leaving the home cleaner than they found it. The owner (Lisa) was immediately responsive throughout the entire process and even offered tips based on her experience to make the house even more appealing outside of the staging (paint colors, curtains, etc.). However the most convincing proof of Helpful’s work is the immediate and overwhelming response after listing- I had to cut off the showings after the first day, had a list of offers by the second day and was in contract by the third. Granted it is a strong market but the fact that other agents took all of her business cards from the counter leads me to believe that the staging was a critical element of the sale. Again, I cannot recommend Lisa and the team at Helpful Home Staging high enough.

What a pleasure having Lisa stage our home. First of all, she staged our home beautifully. A large carriage home with eclectic features and she pulled it off for today's buyer. Also, there was never any drama or confusion. Any problem that came up was quickly taken care of. And best of all, our home sold. I highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa helped to transform our home prior to sell and we were able to sell extremely quickly at full price. Her suggestions were absolutely innovative and interesting, hit the target for drama and elegance, and really did sell the home, in my opinion. She also helped me with expediting carpet and other remodeling services that I was having trouble getting done quickly and reliably on my own and coordinated affordable professional photography for my listing. I wish I knew her sooner, as her partnership was priceless and I could really have used her help on other projects. I actually wish I had talked to her when I first moved in. Lisa Staged Two Homes for us and BOTH Sold! - These were investment homes (rentals) that were being sold at a loss and so we were on a real budget. We are out of State owners, so it was really hard for us to do anything with the houses. The houses had been rehabbed after the renters moved out, by our contractor so everything was clean and new, but the houses seemed Soul-Less. After more than 6 month of no action we hired Staged to Sell and Lisa worked her magic with-in our budget and all of a sudden we went from no interest to solid offers. Thanks Lisa!!
