We could not have asked for better than Shantih and Mia. We were selling our house after some tenants did a lot of damage. I needed the following: painting, flooring, carpeting, lighting, repairs, cleanout, yard work, and staging. Not only was InsideOut able to do all of this, but for each part of the job, their quote was near or lower than other companies. So we both got a good price for each job, and they were able to coordinate all of the work rather than me trying to schedule different jobs so they didn't conflict. Plus they were able to start the work weeks before some companies were able to even schedule an estimate. They took the house from a less-than-great condition all the way to getting ready for the realtor photos. We ended up getting 12+ visits and 3 offers within 48 hours of listing, and I'm sure that InsideOut's staging had a lot to do with it. I'm looking forward to getting Shantih's input when I want to decorate my next place.
