Sandy staged our home for sale, which is located in a highly desirable neighborhood. She made an assessment of our furnishings, and the living spaces, and then completely transformed it. She thinks outside the box when it comes to design, yet is sensitive to the client’s needs. We absolutely loved the result! And our house sold for more than asking price! Sandra is a yoga practitioner at our studio. When I found out that she did staging and real estate for a living I instantly knew she was my gal. With her character and love of life, I knew she would create something beautiful. I shared my vision of an "Inspirational/Meditation space in the studio. Sandy really helped me bring together my small space. I had just moved into a studio apartment, but did not want it to feel like one big room. She really helped me create distinction in the different areas, particularly by distinguishing the living area and my sleeping area by putting a bookcase btween them. I also had a lot of small, decorative items that I always struggled to find placement for, but she knew just how to group them together to give everything a cohesive look. I had a home that had been on the market for almost two years. I knew I had to do something but I had no idea what. Sandy came in and made recommendations and staged the home and in less than 30 days we had a contract on the home!
