Laura is completely unprofessional. We are out of the country and had a unit staged for sale. From the offset it was a push for payment with no communications outside of that. No photos of the unit we supplied until I asked multiple times and when time for renewal came along an invoice was sent on a weekend and demands for payment we made less than an hour later. Once she was told it would take until Monday her solution was to destage and no longer communicate. If you are looking for professionalism this is NOT the place for you.

I don't know if I can fully articulate how beneficial my professional alignment with Laura has been, but I will try. EVERY SINGLE HOME she has staged for me over the past 3 years has sold in the first three days on the market in multiple offers. Every single one. When working with seller clients she's not afraid to be the "bad guy" for you. She allows me to play good cop, while gently but DIRECTLY telling the seller exactly what they need to do to get top dollar for their home (from paint and carpet replacement or even necessary renovations to decluttering and repositioning existing furniture). She doesn't hold back and the clients gets a thorough 5-6 page document with suggestions, directions and pictures of every room and space that need addressed. Her seller consults are absolutely PRICELESS, and allow you as an agent to show the depth of your resources without having to be critical. If they do 25% of what she suggests I'm still better off than if they did nothing, and I get to maintain a positive relationship with them while Laura "takes the heat" on all the things I would have told them anyway . She's energetic and fun, fast to respond, fairly priced, and an exceptional and necessary tool to the success of my real estate practice. My clients love her, and as you can tell from the review, I'm a big fan too.

LG Design staged our large home and taught us so much about how to think from the potential buyers perspective. Her recommendations were thorough and insightful. She provided a comprehensive report for each room of items to consider. The great thing was her recommendations were all reasonable and cost conscious. She and our realtor took the time to review the list with us to help determine which items were likely to have the biggest impact. She and our realtor also walked us through a detailed review of comps to help us determine our asking price. When the staging was done it was amazing. Her eye is impeccable. I would love to have her help us with our new home. We are pleased to say that we have sold our home!
