After completing a large reno project, I needed help with finishing touches - art, rugs, decor accessories, furniture placement etc. Amanda Shields from Mint Condition Staging understood my needs and wants, respected my budget and made the process fun instead of overwhelming. After researching and sourcing items to achieve the overall look I wanted, she created design boards for each room that incorporated my existing pieces, which enabled me to see exactly how it would all come together. We put our house for sale without staging it and did not get any decent offer. After 3 weeks our real estate agent suggested staging our home and introduced us to Amanda. Amanda worked very fast due to the timeline and send us several quotation for us to choose. It was an easy decision. We left Amanda to staged the house as we were no longer living in the same city. I loved working with Amanda! She took our small town home and transformed it into a fabulous family friendly space. The house felt much larger after she added her touches.
