Pack Rat Movers

I recently used Pack Rat Movers on two different occasions. I work in restoration; specifically the contents divisions which at times books moving companies to assist in moving content to temporary locations or on-site bins. Pack Rat Movers has been magnificent. Fast and efficient to book with Jonathan, and the crew always shows up on time! The moving team are careful, skilled and fantastic people. Huge kudos to Jaiden, Sidhu, Jashon, Robin, Patrick and Caleb. I been fortunate to have these amazing gentlemen at the last 2 jobs and all I can say it. “Thank You”. You make my job easier!!!

Used them three times before and things went fine. Not anymore! Rates have now gone up and service is in the toilet. Movers are inexperienced, weak and whiny if you don't rub their over sized ego's. Forget about an efficient use of time anymore. They spend more time walking in circles getting straps, blankets, tape and dolly's to help them. Oh, and waiting on tools to be brought to them because "they don't have the right ones". You can expect to pay a whole lot more than what you're quoted due to lack of experience and the gross waste of time. If you're looking for professional movers who know how to truly take care of your home and valuables, this is not the company. Except for maybe two guys, if you're lucky enough to get them!

Just hired them to move us within Kelowna and they were great. The crew was Chris and Lance and they did an excellent job picking up our stuff, packing it and unloading it without damage. The move took 11 hours but they were up for the job and the bill was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Pack rat moving was hired to move a collection of delicate antique furniture. They arrived on time with a professional crew and did the job without any damage to my home or the items being moved. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

My family moved into our home in June and decided to use Packrat movers. Big mistake. From the holes in the wall to the personal items damaged costing me over $1000 to replace. PackRat was awhere of the damage they caused and said they'd cover the cost. 5 months later and keep getting the run around. I've used 6 different moving companies and this has only been my bad experience. Moving blankets were so dirty and stunk. Movers were swearing in front of my kids. Very unprofessional.

This was my 3rd move with them and what was I thinking?. They damaged multiple items during a simple move across town. Cost me just under $1000 for the move, and the best part was discovering my 50" flatscreen tv broken. They even took the time to re-wrap it in a moving blanket and hide it behind some boxes. Because I didnt discover it until 3 weeks later they said too bad because you signed off already. Great business practices. I definitely didn't save any "chedda".

Very nice guys but we had lots of damage and only minimal effort to get the items repaired. Finally got half of the items repaired after several phone calls but no effort on the other items.
