Empty for 6 months to SOLD in 6 days! My reasonably updated, clean and spacious move-in-ready family home in Medford sat for nearly 6 months on the market without people lining up to move in. One phone call to Jan and rapidly the home was dressed up and ready to go, with gorgeous new professional photos that attracted new viewings. Her stylish furnishings and accessories were warm, inviting, and also clean and uncluttered. Most important, they showed how the rooms “lived,” with a contemporary, open, indoor-outdoor flow. The result was nearly immediate: after staging, the house sold in 6 (six!) days with an excellent offer. My only regret is not calling Jan MUCH sooner.
