Refresh it by Irene

We hired Irene to help stage our condo for sale in 2014. She did an absolutely wonderful job, and helped raise the selling price of our condo by large multiples of the fee for her services. Initially I was very skeptical about her services, and thought it would be a waste of money, and was planning to have my wife simply stage our condo, oh boy was I wrong. Our real estate agent wisely strongly recommended Irene, and persisted in changing my mind. Irene re-organized our furniture layout, along with placement of small decorative items. In the end we were left with a condo that looked more amazing than we could have ever done, and most importantly a sales price that exceeded our expectations. I doubt we would have gotten that if we hadn’t had Irene’s help. I will definitely want to get her help again if I need to stage a condo or a house for sale, and will fully trust her to make all decisions regarding the staging. She is definitely worth it.
