Simply Staged

I cannot say enough about the Simply Staged team - however, ABOVE & BEYOND sums it up. I acquired a new listing on a Tuesday and by Friday they had the home looking amazing, ready for photos! Traci brought in a team to help move the clients furniture to the garage and spent the rest of the day rearranging, cleaning and pulling it all together. They brought in just the perfect amount of accessories to make the home shine! Hats off to Traci and her team.

Recently, my husband and I sold our home. We had decided not to do a complete remodel, rather just to freshen up the interior by painting, removing wallpaper, changing out flooring etc. Part of the sale process involved staging. We needed someone who would give our home an updated look without extensive remodeling required. We were so fortunate that our RE agent arranged for Traci of Simply Staging. She had very creative ideas and did an excellent job. Each major space of the house was recognizable by function with colorful pieces and a variety of accents that made it inviting. She blended colors, textures, furniture and accent pieces effectively. We wouldn't have changed a thing. More importantly, both Traci and Jack were very nice people and easy to work with. Selling a home can be stressful---staging it shouldn't be. My husband and I would highly recommend Simply Staging and without question would use them again!

Wow Simply Staging was fantastic! Traci and her team had my house "sales ready" in no time. With her keen eye -- she was able to "re arrange" my own furniture, and enhance with her wide assortment to have me "sales ready" fast! At my open house I was told people couldn't stop commenting on the decorating. One even asked if they could buy my house furnished!! It was great to be able to augment my furniture and not have to forklift out to a stager's idea of what it should look like which is what others wanted to do. It was fast and absolutely made my place sell quickly! Thanks again to Traci and her team !!

Traci did an amazing job last minute for me. The attention to detail and the flow is really great. The owners are very pleased. The home was totally empty and 5 rooms were staged. The staging was done fast and I feel we got so much more for the $$ than I usually get.
