Sam, with Stage 7 Design, is a wonderful and very talented interior designer. She helped me remodel the entire main floor of our home and my husband and I couldn't be happier. I have had several people actually copy some of the finishes and design ideas because it turned out so beautiful. She was easy to work with, great at coming up with fresh ideas and also able to incorporate existing items that we wanted to keep. We have hired again for another project now. I would highly recommend her and Stage 7 Design.

Sam visited my home and gave me a plan to modernize and update my furnishings and rearranged my exsisting furniture. She balanced my family room by moving my china cabinet and rearranging and suggested painting the frames on my family photo wall. It looks so much more put together. She suggested drapes in my formal living room,moved the credenza,added some pictures on the walls and a mirror in just the right place. She has a flair for color and a great eye for decorating. I loved everything,and she left me with a written plan to finiish as I could afford.

Our realtor recommended staging and gave us a contact at Stage 7 Design. Even though we were completely moved out and the house had been emptied and clean, it just didn't feel right with these empty bare rooms. So we went ahead and staged the main kitchen, dining, living room as well as the master bedroom/bathroom and the basement living space. Within 48 hours of our house going on the market, we had 3 full price offers so we told all 3 prospects to bring their absolute highest and best. The one we went with was $11,000 above asking with no concessions! So the $1000 cost of staging more than paid for itself! We were very pleased and would recommend Stage 7 to anyone looking to have a successful real estate transaction. I am now a firm believer in the value of staging a home!

I hired Sam to inspect our home and provide her advice on how to stage and update/remodel our home. Sam was very detailed in her feedback, didn't rush us and was very creative/knowledgeable. Sam charged me $100 for the consult. I consider the $100 an excellent investment. I would highly recommend others consider hiring Sam!

We moved from Utah to Colorado in June and hoped our home in Utah would sell quickly, but for one reason or another it ended up kind of stuck on the market. We contacted several home staging companies to try and kick start the marketing and Stage 7 Design had the most competitive quote. It's tricky to work with contractors remotely but everything went extremely smoothly. Samantha and her team were able to schedule us very quickly and did a nice job staging some fairly unusual living areas to make them look usable and appealing. It made a huge difference in how well the home showed. She responded quickly via e-mail and sent plenty of pictures to show the work she had done. Her advice on how to best present the home for sale was also helpful. She suggested we paint some built-ins that were in a dated color scheme, and arranged for a painter to do the work at a very fair price. We went ahead with that work as well and Samantha handled all the details. All we had to do was write a check. The results speak for themselves; we had far more interest in the home and ended up with multiple offers.

I hired stage 7 design to stage two homes that I remodeled. Needless to say they knocked it out of the park! The homes both sold within weeks of have them come through. I highly recommend them. They where though, clean professional and have an eye to make your space pop! They are my home stager of choice.

I can't say enough great things about Stage 7 Design! I'd just moved in to a new town home and was on a tight budget but wanted to invest in the right furniture that would match my new build. I have expensive taste. I let Stage 7 know what I was looking for and the owner quickly got back to me with my options and even came in and gave me her honest opinion of what would look best. I ended up paying about half of what I expected and my new leather sectional actually makes my living room look bigger! On top of that she helped me find the perfect chairs to tie in the entire living room. When the sectional came she delivered it in the middle of a huge rain storm with no complaints. I recommend Stage 7 to ANYONE!

Very talented, you'll be glad you hired her! I had seen other projects completed by Sam, owner of Stage 7 Designs, and knew that she was just the person that I needed to help make my vision a reality! I had a newly remolded kitchen that was essentially a blank slate. I initially enlisted the aid of Stage 7 Designs to help me figure out what to purchase and how to decorate. But Sam, who is a MASTER at re-purposing, came and helped me search through my attic and garage to find old things that had been collecting dust and taking up space.
