About Us

Did you know that you literally have seconds to sell your home? This is the amount of time it takes a potential buyer to form an opinion about whether or not they could envision themselves living in your home. We are experiencing a time where you have competition & lots of it. Why should buyers be the only ones with an advantage? My services will be a lot less expensive than the loss incurred by having to reduce your asking price even one time. Home staging prepares your home for sale, showings & open houses. It can be as simple as rearranging accessories & de-cluttering or as complex as updating entire homes. Homes that are staged statistically sell faster & at a higher price than those that are not. Why can't you do it yourself? Because it IS your home and you may have a hard time distinguishing it as just a product. I am the buyer's eyes.

Kylah did a fantastic job decorating my home! I hired her to decorate my place for pictures and to create a more welcoming experience for prospective buyers. After I saw what she did I almost didn't want to sell! With minimal pieces, Kylah created a very warm feeling in the home which was very helpful as my place was empty. I had offers comin in right away and was under contract in about 1 month. I found her service to be very reasonable and well worth the investment.

Kylah has been staging homes for me for over 4 years. She does a great job, her prices are fair and my clients are always happy! I have occasionally used other companies when Kylah is out of town and am always disappointed because I have been so spoiled by her.

I had my house on the market for about 4 months, then I hired Kyla. It was shortly after she staged my home that I had an offer and sold my home. Kyla made my home feel so appealing and warm, if I was to stay I would have purchased her designs. Her prices were reasonable and she works quickly using as many of my items as possible. I would highly recommend Kyla and Stage It Redesign It for decorating and staging your home. I would definitely hire Kyla again. Kyla was very professional and courteous during all of my interactions and the final bill was prorated for the actual rental times.

Kyla has always been great. She has staged many homes for clients of mine over the last couple years, and in each case, I've never doubted that it increased the sales price on the home and decreased the time on the market. She's professional, prompt, and stages the home extremely well at one of the best prices out there. I highly recommend trying her out if you want to walk away with more cash in your hand when you sell your home.
