Stage it Smart is exactly what you get with, Monica J. Allen! She know's how to lay out furniture to make a room look airy, open and ultimately giving off a stunning ambiance! Not only did we have our listing on the market for 6 months with no offers, as soon as we had her stage it we had an accepted offer in 9 days from re listing the home!! It was a pleasure working with Monica from start to finish. She did a wonderful job staging a new construction center hall colonial. She helped me target my potential buyers with great attention to detail while also perfectly bringing out the home's features.

Monica staged a 1937 center hall colonial with modern, Pottery Barn type furniture. It gave the house a mod vibe which I believe helped the sale to a young couple. For the den, she set up a little table with crayons for kids. We were happy with the results and she is nice to work with. JT
