In 2013, we hired Linda Stas, for a home we were selling in Granville. This was the first time we ever staged a home. We had nothing but compliments on the presentation of our home; and in fact, sold it for more than we listed it for. We would never sell another home without having Linda stage it for us. We also hired Linda to decorate our new home. She did a fabulous job while staying well under budget.
