Nicki is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is the most knowledgeable interior designer / stager I have dealt with in the past. I am a busy realtor and often refer clients to her, knowing full well the house will look perfectly once it is stager and ready for sale. I have recently had Nicki design my condo space and she is able to verbalize what I am thinking and email me contacts, furniture pieces, sales and everything to get the ball rolling for the redesign. I will continue to refer Nicki as she is the absolute best!

Nicki Manley of Streamline Living is a total professional in more ways than one. Her talent in what she is capable of doing in the line of designing is one thing but her personality and the way she can bring the different tastes of couples together and creating a masterpiece is unbelievable. I find she listens to what the customer is asking for and then incorporates her wisdom and knowledge in her field to bring out the best in the home starting from the ground up outside and all the way to the finishing touches inside. I love my house and a lot of it is because of Nicki. She has also taught me lots about staging and putting things together. We were introduced to Nicki in 2008 and we are so happy to have found her. She is amazing and I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone.

Nicki has been a pleasure to work with. Not only does she have great ideas but she tries to teach you her thought process. She took the ideas I had for my basement reno and added that WOW factor. She worked seamlessly with myself and contractors and I am very happy with the end results. The pictures I have included are not the best because the contractor is still putting in the finishing touches.

Nikki has worked with us for over 2 years on staging our old home and helping design and decorate our new home. She listens to our needs, respects budgets and is a great mediator between difference of opinions where our visions don't match. She makes sure both sides understand the pros and cons involved in big projects. Her knack for putting it all together is amazing!
