Karen efficiently reviews a home and gives room by room suggestions for presenting the home in the "value for price paid" mentality. We followed every suggestion and received an offer the second day on the market and are now in the inspection phase.

Karen did a WONDERFUL job staging our home in Monte Vista! The house is an older historic home with a different layout and I was concerned people wouldn't see the versatility. Karen was able to place her furniture (very updated BTW) perfectly and show off the homes' historic features while making it look large and roomy. I actually got tears in my eyes when I saw what a beautiful job she did! Best money you could spend when getting your house ready to show. She even provided free advice on additional things we could do to spruce up the home and make it more attractive on the market. Her pricing was very competitive and she only required a one-month staging commitment (most others require a 3 month minimum, which drives up the price dramatically). The staging was beautifully done and our house was under contract after being on the market for only one week.
