I have been using Simple Touch LLC since 2014. They have power washed the outside of my house, washed windows, cleaned gutters and repaired and painted my deck. They are reliable and courteous and never leave clutter or a mess behind. Their prices are reasonable and I have enjoyed having them do the projects I need to have done.

It was a pleasure having Simple Touch LLC do work for me. Simple Touch crew did a wonderful job of washing my windows in a two story house inside and out. They are going to do more work for me this year and I can't wait to see the results. What they quoted me was exactly what I paid. There were no hidden charges.

I had the WORST experience with this company and do not recommend them at all. I contracted them for a retail post construction cleaning. They showed up 90 minutes late, told our site superintendent that they had "go and get supplies". They never returned, never called back and to date have not answered any of my calls / voice messages or emails.

Reliable and consistent service. Eager to please. They did a thorough job and showed up on time every saturday. There was a sufficient number of people to complete the job in the very limited time they had between summer renters. (3 hours)
