*Interior Designer with advanced detailing skills, strong knowledge of codes, building systems, contract documents, administration, and space planning methodologies. *Excellent ability to conceptualize interior detailing including lighting/color/materials/finish selections, space planning and architectural elements. *Strong knowledge about the construction process. *Highly skilled in 3D modeling, Texturing and Lighting. *Extensive knowledge of preparing complex schematic drawings from oral instruction and rough sketches. *Ability to work under pressure and independently. *Proficient with computer literate such as Photoshop, 3DSMax and AutoCAD... *Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of team. *Ability to fully understand and follow highly complex oral and written instructions.
