About Us

MEET ADRIENNE Like most people, I take great pride in my house. Over the course of 14 years, I have made it into a home with simple and affordable lighting and decor. Oftentimes, people walk by my house or come inside and tell me how cozy and beautiful it feels. I realized people like you struggle with the task of decorating, renovating, and lighting your home. You feel overwhelmed by the many shows on HGTV and the hundreds of home blogs all over the web. You don’t know where to begin. You finally choose a room or outdoor space to renovate and head off to Home Depot or Home Goods. You fill your cart only to leave it in the store and run for the car. Decorating is overwhelming! I can simplify this process and make lighting and interior design accessible to you. Better yet, I can make it affordable for you. I am a professional architectural lighting designer with experience in lighting everything from universities and commercial buildings to residential properties. I have worked alongside many talented designers for all of my career. I have also renovated two of my own homes from top to bottom on a tight budget. I am certain that I can make your house feel like a home while staying within your budget.

I reviewed the portfolios of a few designers before deciding to go with Adrienne. Honestly, working with Adrienne has been fabulous - she is easily reachable and extremely responsive. Often times, I will ask her a question and she will have a detailed, well thought out response with a few options within 5-10 minutes. I have also found her to be very perceptive and extremely patient. She recommended that we take a phased approach in re-doing/designing the first floor of our house instead of doing everything in one shot and having second thoughts later — definitely something that I did not think of when we were looking for an interior designer. Adrienne also offered and got us “designer discounts” while ordering furniture — again something that I never knew was possible. She is extremely patient with all the questions and follows up to see where you are in the decision making process. I would recommend Adrienne in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible experience working with Adrienne on 2 separate projects. Our first project was to add lighting onto our newly remodeled fireplace. Adrienne gave multiple suggestions and kept us within our requested budget. Our next project was a totally redesign of our sun room. This is now our favorite room in the house!!! Adrienne nailed the vibe we were going for, cozy yet chic. Her style choices were impeccable. She gave us multiple design boards, got us in touch with contractors as needed and stayed engaged from start to finish. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I have had working with Adrienne. She is the utmost professional who took the time to listen to my vision and provided several options on re-designing my office and living room. She offered multiple room layouts, accent pieces, and overall design so that together we could hone in on the final look. Once we reached that point, Adrienne emailed me the shopping links where I was able to purchase each piece on my own. I even researched some alternatives and was able to purchase similar pieces that were budget friendly. I appreciated the flexibility to be able to shop on my own and Adrienne had absolutely no problem with me doing so. In addition, her services are very reasonably priced for the excellent service she provides.
