Laurie is an incredible planner and designer. She listened to what I thought I wanted and created realistic pictures of what various designs looked like. I became overwhelmed with so many projects that I called her and she immediately calmed my concerns by creating a phased design/project plan. This kept me focused and enabled me to work with her to select the perfect items. Laurie was perfect for me and my style! I had never worked with an interior decorator and so had some fear of not being happy when it was all done. I have a mid-century style home that I wanted to "change over" to some mid-century features, but also at a reasonable cost and leaving some prior purchases. She totally understood my objectives! She provided a lot of options for several areas - flooring, rugs, paint colors, furniture, lighting, and repurposing the things I already had and wanted to keep. It all worked out perfectly and at a very reasonable cost. She was proactive when I was "ready to go" and relaxed when I was too busy at work to concentrate. She was just what I needed as a design consultant and we love our make-over.

As a homeowner, I was stuck and somewhat fearful about how to approach decorating my own house. Thankfully, DeCredico Design helped me avert decor disaster. Moved to a new house and Laurie has been a tremendous help with my decorating. We were basically starting over with all new furniture and decor. Laurie has been outstanding at offering up great suggestions and ideas for each room throughout our new home. She constantly keeps me up to date on the entire order process and shipping dates. Laurie has been helping me with a variety of projects around my home- artwork, furniture, and lighting for my foyer; artwork and accessories for my living room bookcases; furniture, lamp, and pillows for my den; furniture and artwork placement for my sunroom; as well as an update of my son’s bedroom and playroom. Laurie works with what you have and adds to it to create a cohesive and finished look. Laurie also painted two dining room chairs for me. I bought them secondhand and thought they were the same finish as my existing chairs but they weren’t. Laurie painted them and now they look like they were meant to be that way from the start. I have really enjoyed working with Laurie and she has become my go to person for my decorating needs.

Laurie is excellent and I am so pleased with her work. She has great taste and did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. She responded quickly. She made vision boards of different ideas which were super helpful. And she was great at finding pieces that fit within my budget. Highly recommend!
