Our virtual decorating services include the following: Virtual Room Decorating- For clients who want new furniture and decorative elements. With our Light Package, we provide a shoppable mood board and floor plan custom tailored to our clients requests. For an additional fee, our Classic Package includes a virtual rendering of a space complete with furniture, decor, new paint and updated flooring. Our virtual staging services for Realtors include the following: Virtual Staging- For realtors with a vacant listing. We consider the dimensions of each space and draw up a true to scale floor plan. We create spaces which complement the existing features and color palette to grab potential buyers attention for the listing. We provide a suggested floor plan for each room we stage to include with the sales literature. Virtual staging consultation- For realtors with an occupied listing. Send us pictures of the main living areas from your new listing-living, dining, master, 2 bedrooms, and flex space. We will study each photo and provide you with a virtual "to-do" list that is easy to follow for your clients. Included with the list is a general guideline for designer tips on de-cluttering kitchens, pantries, closets and bathrooms.
