Kippie Romano Design

We are very pleased with the work Kippie Romano and her team members have recently performed at our home in Hiawassee, GA. Most of the work was on the exterior of the home including building and painting a lower deck, stucco and stone work on the exterior walls of the home and painting, repair and painting of the front porch. Also, home interior work included replacing door hinges and closet doors. Kippie and her team members performed excellent work. They were very knowledgably, professional and courteous. There are additional work projects at our home. I will not hesitate to ask Kippie and her team members to perform the work on those projects.

When I decided to sell my house, the realtor gave me a VERY long list of updates I needed to make. As a working mom, it was overwhelming. Her contractors started within a couple of days, and she oversaw every step of the project. She has an incredible eye for design and has a world-class team of contractors. The best advice I can give someone is to let Kippie make the decisions for you. She knows what will appeal to buyers, and it can be challenging to not make decisions based on your own personal taste. The best decision I made was to turn Kippie loose to pick out carpet, paint colors, light fixtures, etc. The finished product far exceeded my expectations.
