My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My goal is to make the reno process as painless as possible for you. I dream up layouts, pull samples, select colors...all the things that require a decision. Or maybe you have a busy life and you can't find the time to furnish and accessorize your home. This service could be right for you. A project simply means you receive a bid for each room you want to be completed. You leave for the day and come home to a fully decorated room/house. From furniture to window treatments, L&L can take care of the details. The only finger you have to lift is the one you use to wipe away your happy tears. You could have your very own HGTV moment!

I have worked with Amanda on several projects and appreciate how she interacts with her clients. She listens and then goes to work bringing the vision of the project to reality making sure that no detail is ignored. I would recommend her for any project regardless of the size! She is definitely up to the task!

Amanda was wonderful to work. She got my vision for our bedroom and was able to make it more amazing than I could ever imagine. It was completely unique and really reflected our family style. The little details were perfect.

Amanda is such a delight to work with. She is both professional and fun, a great listener and she has fantastic follow through. I greatly appreciate how she listens to my ideas and helps build on them. Even when plan A or plan B hasn’t worked for reasons not her fault, she was fair and flexible in helping get a plan executed. Big or small projects - from custom artwork to a full exterior re do- she has been a joy to work with. Highly recommend.
