I recently purchased an older home, and remodeled some of the layout. I quickly realized that I needed help making my vague “all over the board” ideas a reality. I recently hired Jordan to help design a house that I purchased, rehabbed, and sold. During the rehab process, Jordan helped me pick out paint colors, light fixtures, door handles, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, knobs and pulls, railing designs, and other important details. Once the work was completed, Jordan staged the house as well. The feedback that I received on the design and staging was all positive. Best of all, the house went under contract within 4 days of being on the market!
