My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

A+U Design Studio is a multi-functional design house offering services in interior design, graphic design, and product design. We help clients discover their personal design styles and realize their vision. We enjoy working in a variety of styles and provide attention to detail in both practical and aesthetic aspects. Whether you are building or updating your home or business environment, or needing professional branding/re-branding services, A+U Design Studio wants to work with you! Anna has always been intrigued by visualization and design of various types. After graduating from The Art Institute of Houston with a computer animation degree, she became aware of how much her surroundings affect her mood, productivity and creativity. That interest led to graduation from Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in interior design and a minor in fibers. While at SCAD, Anna also discovered her passion for graphic design and product design. As the founder and owner of A+U Design Studio, she enjoys working with clients to fulfill their dreams and meet their needs-whether in interior, graphic or product design.

It was great working with A+U Design. Anna clued in to exactly what I was going for in terms of style. She came up with great ideas and brought in the best crafts people to get it done. I was very impressed with the results. The work was done in a timely manner, and I was kept informed of the progress as things developed. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, and I very much like the new look.

Anna is an extremely kind, warm-hearted, individual, and she made the process fun and almost easy. She responded to my texts and emails promptly. She moved through our project with the pace at which I was comfortable. She was able to make my place look great and all within my budget! I would recommend Anna without hesitation.

We hired Anna to help us find a piece for our mantle and select some furniture. She has amazing taste, is extremely responsive and we are thrilled with what she helped create for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone and plan to use her in the future!

We had furniture refinished and absolutely LOVE it. We also had our front door refinished and we are very happy. There was no stress in getting material for the chairs that I also had recovered. This whole project turned out better than I could have expected.

A+U did an excellent job helping redesign various spaces within our home. In hindsight, she saved us time, money, and frustrations from novice design mistakes we would have made on our own. We are very happy with the end result and recommend Anna to anyone needing help changing their home for the better. We replaced the tiles in the Master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen and wash room. My husband and I have a hard time agreeing on styles,etc. Anna was very flexible, considerate and easy to work with. Even when there were last minute changes she was very professional and understanding. She provided solutions to problems as they appeared. She took our existing decor into account when designing a solution. I would highly recommend her services. We plan on using her services in the near future for our game room.

Anna decorated our house for Christmas '15. It was SO beautiful that I decided to give a huge party to show it all off. The tree was ft tall and dripping with gorgeousness! We had sconces on the house, lights and bows, mantel decorations and more, all color coordinated of course, in a non traditional palette that Anna suggested, and I had chosen in advance. She was a dream to work with, immediately responsive to every question, by phone, email and text. It was not inexpensive, of course, but the beautiful result and Anna's cheerful supportive attitude was worth every penny!

Anna did an amazing job staging my home for my holiday party and Heights Holiday Home Tour. She transformed my dining room and house into a spectacular statement house. I received literally hundreds of compliments about my home decor, statement pieces she brought and how spectacular the home was staged. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for interior design, staging, design and holiday pieces. She was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and had amazing ideas. Thank You Anna!!

Working with Anna/A+U Design Studio was a wonderful experience. I was looking for some custom drapes for my living area. I expressed my needs, desires, and budget with Anna....she listened! She took all the worries away from me, went beyond what I would have imagined and produced some of the most gorgeous drapes. They have become the focal point in my living room.
