She took the time to understand my vision, and developed a design that perfectly suited my needs. I highly recommend AR Design to anyone considering a home renovation or redesign. I had a great experience working with Allison for my new condo. I was tired of always going safe and boring with my interior design choices so I decided to hire an interior designer to give me the confidence to be a bit more creative. Allison helped me select my paint colors and furniture and really understood what I was looking for. I was very stressed at the start of the process because I had alot going on, but she made everything feel manageable. Allison was quick to respond to any questions and was invested in making sure I was pleased with the selections. I also loved that brought such a cheerful energy to our interactions. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an interior designer.

I discovered Allison from AR Design while researching interior designers online, and her reviews instantly caught my attention. Now that I’ve worked with her, I can say they were absolutely right. Allison helped redesign my teenage daughters’ rooms, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I strongly recommend Allison from AR Design. After having looked at her past makeovers I decided to hire Allison for my master bedroom. The rest of the family was so jealous that we ended up doing my girls bedroom and my office. So whatever the project, Allison will listen to your needs and find exactly what you are looking for. She is available all the time and its really easy to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and her recommendations are always to the point. She also has many contacts to help create your dream room (painters, handyman, etc).

I hired Allison after she breathed new life into my mom’s home with updated colours, photo arrangements and furniture disposition. My mom was very pleased! Allison helped us redesign our living room, refresh the colour palette throughout our house and find tiles to match our kitchen backsplash. Not only was she a great listener but she was very attentive to our tastes, requirements and budget. It was also a lot of fun to shop with her as she’s creative, resourceful and full of ideas! It was a pleasure working with Alison. I quite like the new entrance she designed, but apart from that, she interfaced with the city to get my permit approval. This turned out to be quite the adventure. Without her help and intervention, I would have given up on the whole project and just remained unhappy with my entrance. As it stands, I love love love my new entrance and have her (and of course my contractor) to thank for! I would definitely recommend Alison (AR Design). Our suburban home's living room needed an update, but didn't know where to start. Allison's website described her turn-key service, and we needed someone to guide us from start to finish. I reached out to Allison to design and decorate our our living room, dining room, hallway, basement and bedrooms. What impressed me most at the beginning was Alison’s attention to detail, especially with the specific measurements needed for the walls of our older home that were not always straightforward. She has wonderful taste for picking out colours and materials from a variety of suppliers - tremendous high quality service from the beginning to end of the project. She was so professional and patient with me as I was quite picky at times. The end result of our project was fantastic- we love our home and could not have had such a beautiful turnout without Allison’s dedication, great taste and hard work!
