Peter and Chaussee were a great team to work with. We gave them a pretty tight deadline to complete the project in order to list our home to sell and Peter made it happen, even working late into the night a few times to get the job done! They both have a great eye for what is going to bring your house top dollar on the market and since another home with the same layout and condition as our home (prior to renovating) in our neighborhood went up for sale we were able to compare apple to apples and got $20K more on the sale of our house for the improvements we made. Chaussee’s eye for staging was amazing. I want to have her decorate my new home too! They may be newer to the biz, but they are great at what they do and look for ways to get the most bang for your buck and help you get the best price for you home.
