With 28+ years of experience in Construction and Property Maintenance, her love for construction started at a young age of 15. Growing up helping with her father’s commercial construction company in Hawaii gave her a solid platform of experience. After venturing on her own she became a Planner/ Estimator/ Inspector for the US federal government. Working as a liaison under top officials at Pearl Harbor Hawaii this experience gave her an eye for detail and structure. After then moving to the mainland and working for Wisconsin’s largest builder of 13 years as a Sr. Planner / Estimator / Designer, the she found her true passion for design. Helping over 1900 owners design and build their dream homes it became a way of life. She then went to work for Wisconsin’s best high end builder as Realtor and Designer, designing large distinguished homes for a true leader in the building industry. She then perused her real dream of moving back by the beach where she feels finally at home. After designing for so many years “within the box”, she found a real interest in recycling, re purpose and re use and finally able to build a home for herself “outside the box”. She has built a new home herself with her husband and partner in Freeport Florida. Previous experience in Property Management, lead to helping owners of rental properties update, stage and properly market their condo’s maximizing their visibility and revenue. An eye for detail as well as visualizing the big picture are both essential. My client’s love having the comfort level of my knowledge and experience. Charles P.
