August, 2020 - Flipping through Houzz today and found a review on Lauren Milligan. I had to add a quick review about our experience. Lauren worked with us on renovating our downstairs area, kitchen, living, dining. She brought in the most talented contractor and team to do the work. We had our old carpeted floors replaced with hardwood, walls removed, a new staircase installed to the second floor, new paint throughout, a peninsula added to the kitchen with open shelving, furniture & rugs, light fixtures, heating grates, etc. Lauren was the best to work with; she was so patient and helpful! We absolutely LOVE our home. We have lived here 22 years and the last 4 have been the best since our renovation. I can't wait to have her come back and design our master bath!!

We had the pleasure of working on a project along side Lauren Milligan Design did on the shores of lake Winnipesaukee. This project ended up winning a Parade of Homes "Best Interior Design" award, and 3 others, of which Lauren had significant influence. Her design skills are truly remarkable, and she was exceptional throughout the entire project. She brought vision and execution that turned this renovation from great to truly outstanding.

This text box isn't long enough for me to convey how amazing Lauren Milligan Design is! She recently helped us with a pretty large renovation: the entire first floor (kitchen, lounge, dining, mudroom, office, powder room, living room). Lauren was able to interpret my child-like descriptions of what I envisioned and turned it into our dream renovation- on time and within our budget! She was patient and understanding when I went round and round about counter tops; she helped me refocus on the design and stopped me from over-thinking it! Lauren was meticulous with our budget and was able to negotiate where to save and where to spend. We couldn't be happier with our project. Everyone who sees our renovation listens to me sing her praises! I can't recommend Lauren Milligan Design more highly!
