Client Beware: My Experience with Bailey Ward Interiors I want to share my experience with Bailey Ward Interiors to help others avoid a similar situation. After scheduling an at-home consultation for a full home makeover and sending payment via Venmo (using Venmo for business payments should have been my first red flag), things quickly went downhill. The morning of the appointment, Bailey attempted to cancel last minute. This was frustrating, as the appointment had been scheduled well in advance, and I had to travel two hours with my infant to attend. Eventually, she decided to proceed with the meeting and came to discuss ideas for the space. Despite the rocky start, I felt the consultation went well and decided to move forward with her digital design services, as my husband and I felt comfortable managing the project execution with our contractors. However, after communicating our decision to go with the digital design option instead of her full-service package, Bailey completely ghosted us. I firmly believe this was because we did not choose her most expensive offering. While I'm grateful her lack of professionalism became apparent before we invested further, I regret trusting her with even the initial consultation fee. Please be cautious if you're considering working with Bailey Ward Interiors. In my experience, she will take your consultation fee but may not follow through unless you opt for her most expensive services.

Could not be more displeased with the services offered by Bailey Ward Interiors. Once I was not onboard with her outrageous quotes for full design service, she quickly moved me to edesign without another consult or any intake meetings for what I was looking for. Her edesign services are basic and anyone who has time to search instagram influencers can create similar spaces for a fraction of the price. When providing feedback she is not open to making significant changes (even though she has spent no time to get to know you/your style) and when you push back half the time she says she stands by her choices. Please please save your money and go with a different edesign company vs Bailey Ward as you will be much happier and out of less out of pocket costs!

Bailey did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me reimagine my home office into a place I can't wait to spend my time! I loved the way Bailey gave me a full vision board and detailed estimate up front, I did not have to constantly wonder what was coming. The finished project is true to the plans, and did not go over budget except where I chose to include upgrades. It is a pleasure to be able to refer her to my friends and real estate clients.
