Brooklyn Unique

We are so very happy with the pieces that were created for our teenaged daughter's room. We had one brand new shiny white metal bed from IKEA that she distressed and now resembles an antique passed down through the generations. Also a new mirror which was not distressed enough for our picky daughter and Charissa actually sat on the floor in her bedroom and sanded it until our daughter was perfectly happy with it. Lastly, we found an antique vanity on vacation which had been stored in a barn and carted it home to Florida. It was filthy and battered. Charissa painted it to match an already purchased nightstand in our teen's room and our daughter shows it off to everyone. Charissa worked within our budget and made numerous suggestions when we asked for help. She also picks up and delivers which was a huge plus. We are delighted and plan to have her work on four more pieces for our daughter. In addition, she took my girlhood bedroom furniture and painted it for our eight year' s old room. It looks like new furniture! In fact, her aunt thought we had bought new furniture after I told her we wanted to show her the redone room!
