My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We work with many designers and Jo Anna is one of the best. She understands not only the aesthetics of materials, but how they're made, and how they will perform in the real world. This is very important in our business. Love working with Jo Anna, and highly recommend!

My husband and I bought a 1969 ranch style home in Golden, Colorado in 2018 and it needed a complete renovation ! I have never been involved in this large a project and to say I was over whelmed was putting it mildly! Jo came to my aide by selecting all the paint colors and spent HOURS with me a the lighting store. She advised me on tile and marble as well. Everything turned out beautifully and my husband and I couldn't have been more happy with all the choices once all the construction was completed. Jo is very knowledgeable and her sense of taste impeccable! I highly recommend her for any project no matter how big or small! E. Ott
