My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Our showroom on Corey Avenue in Historic Downtown St. Pete Beach reflects our experience with providing unique and original Sophisticated Coastal Interiors. Whether a seasonal condo home or a waterfront estate, our experienced design professionals are experts at assisting our clients with all phases of the design process. We offer custom upholstery, eclectic furnishings, window treatments, unique lighting, accessories, flooring and rugs, etc. Custom Kitchens and luxurious Baths are a specialty of ours. Our showroom has a Studio area where we display cabinetry, countertop, tile and flooring options. We can customize anything and have endless sources that can be incorporated into your new Kitchen or Bath. Most of our clients request some form of a “coastal” theme to their interior space, however, we have the experience and knowledge to create anything from traditional to ultra-contemporary interiors. Each of our designers has over 30 years’ experience in the field. And the key to our success is “listening to the client(s)”. This will be their home and it should reflect what they want it to be.

We worked with Joann Palladino on a new kitchen renovation. She did an excellent job and we could not be happier!! Joann guided us every step of the way from demolition to completion of the project. She spent many hours with us to ensure everything was done with perfection and to our liking. I would highly recommend Joann for your next renovation or redecorating project!!!

You have to ask for Jacquie; she is an expert and awesome desinger, not only did she stick to my budget, she listened to my vision and needs! I have 8 (eight) beach houses in Pass A Grille and her changes in design, her renovation plan and the style she created have made modest bungalow beach houses feel like costal chic, roomy palaces that you would see in the Coastal Living Magazine! She is truly a magician! Thank you Jacquie, money well spent!

My wife and I bought a condo that was to be our new home and we knew it was an entire "gut job". Hired Décor Studio 1 to do the entire demolition, remodel, recommend and purchase all furniture, fixtures and most of the accessories. As the demolition advanced, many "hidden issues" had to be handled. Since our former home had been sold, we were on a tight deadline to get into our new home. Décor Studio 1 was easy to work with in very difficult and trying times. We were able to move in within a month after the original scheduled completion date. The delay was all due to issues found in the demolition. A rating of difficulty of the project is a 10. Rating on Décor Studio 1's management given the difficulty is a 10. Rating on handling of the recommendations & selection of furniture & fixtures is a 10; but timely delivery of same is an 8. No cost overruns on original budget. Overall cost was higher due to demolition discoveries. Overall company rating 9.25 with a 'highly recommend'.

We wanted a 'face lift" to our condo. Danielle & Jennifer did an excellent job! Carpet was removed from both bedrooms and tile floor was put in. New paint in every room. Wood beams were put in the living room/dining room to solve lighting issues(the beams have can lights in them) .Some new furniture was bought but we also keep some old furniture; they worked with what we had. New bedding in each bedroom, also new window treatments. A cabinet was built to go into the master bath, in between the new medicine cabinets. Accessories galore, pictures hung and new and imaginative ways to store things. Danielle and Jennifer were professional, efficient and on top of every step along the way. Both girls had babies during my job and never did I feel that they weren't there for me. They had great relationships with all of their contractors, and the job was done in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with Danielle and Jennifer and would absolutely hire them again!

Decorating our home was so enjoyable due to Linda Parker at Décor Studio 1! Linda has an incredible eye for design she also is the only designer we worked with that uses both a creative and technical design approach. Our home has personality, practicality and visual balance. Commented: love the glass sculpture, where can i find it?The glass sculpture is from "Viz Glass". Decor Studio 1 Designer Joanne Albritton used components from ViZ GLASS to design the layout.
