Design Intervention

Connie provided decorating services for several renovation projects we have completed. She is passionate about her work offering a unique insight and great creative talent. She encouraged us to consider decorating ideas outside our comfort zone that achieved a truly impressive result. Connie is fantastic to work with and recommend her decorating services.

If you are looking for someone with knowledge and personality you have found her.Connie is very good at what she does and after making her suggestions she always checks to see what your likes and dislikes are so she can get a better idea of how to proceed with your project.I have used connie several times in the past few years and a bit hesitant on some of her ideas but she is always right in the end because it always looks great.Would not hesitate to refer her.

This is the second time I have used Connie , first to help me figure out about remodeling the interior of our house, color scheme, accents , and she also helped our contractor with design, etc and I can tell you she did a marvelous job, very professional, then this year we asked her about ideas for doing the outside of our house and again she came through with a great plan and accents. She is always easy to reach and does not rush you and is pleasant and a genuine nice person. I have recommended her before to a friend and she was also very pleased with the results.

Connie is very pleasant to work with. She listens and knows what you want even before you do. She is fantastic at picking out colors and fabrics always on time. Very fortunate to have had her to help me out.

I first contacted Connie because I wanted to make some changes to my living room and kitchen, but didn't know where to start. She came over to see the house and quickly got to the root of why my house looked like it did, she really took the time to get to know me. Working with her was amazing, she has contacts everywhere so we always received prompt professional service wherever we went. I find the choices available in stores overwhelming, whether it's for light fixtures, paint colours, flooring choices, or furniture. Connie would quickly narrow it down to a few choices, keeping in mind practicality, cost and the overall look. She is able to guide you to choose pieces that go together without being too "matchy matchy" and always has an eye out for a great deal. Working with her has changed my outlook on more than just design, she taught me not to settle for anything in life, not to make a hasty decision if I was feeling pressured, and to respect the space my family and I live in as it affects our state of mind whether we realize it or not. I absolutely love my home now, I still can't believe how good it looks, and I never would have been able to put it together without her!

We hired Connie to help us decide how to renovate our main bathroom. She is so passionate about her craft & we were so pleased with the final result! There was a choice of refinishing our existing vanity or replacing it with one smaller or larger. We opted for having our oak vanity refinished in an espresso color, hiding the oak grain but not the texture. Connie offered advice in flooring, vanity chosen was quartz for it's durability in a bathroom, nickel hardware for the vanity, paint color choices and the piece de la resistance is a large drawer in the bottom to hold hair appliances. The front panel above was used to face the drawer & the cabinet doors were moved in it's place. We love everything about our new bathroom! I have pictures that I have tried to download pictures but not sure if they went.... I can provide because I'm so pleased with the change!
