I'm so glad we hired Dream Maker Design to design our kitchen remodel. To save money, I wanted to do a lot of the work myself, and Laurie was happy to accommodate that. She came up with a great custom design that catered to our specific needs. She then wrote up a step-by-step schedule of what order to do everthing from demo to tiling the backsplash. She found ways to cut costs that we hadn't even thought of; for example we reused all of our existing appliances and she reused our existing base cabinets but had her cabinet maker put new frames and doors on them. Both my wife and I are very tall and Laurie designed our cabinets and microwave to accommodate our height. Our new kitchen is so functional and beautiful. We definitely recommend Dream Maker Design.

Laurie designed both my kitchen and mater bathroom - and they came out fantastic! She was patient with me as I had no idea what style I wanted. She had great suggestions to help me narrow down and make the finishing selections. Not only did she come up with great design plans, but she was also able to help coordinate contractors to come in and do the work, and made sure everything was done to perfection. I reached out to her recently when re-painting the interior of my house to help me pick out the perfect color to refresh the home. She is amazing!

We first met Laurie 2015 when we were preparing to gut the main level of our 1980's home and create an open space for living, kitchen and dining. Picking colors and materials is NOT my thing. I gave Laurie a few ideas of things that we like, and when we met with her the next week she had picked out a pallette that we LOVED, and still love today. When people walked into our home, they always comment about the colors. Since then, she has helped us with the design for our basement remodel, and most recently helped me pick out new living room furniture. If you're looking for someone who has the eye for color and design, she makes it look easy!

We visited St George and fell in love. Being a couple of years away from retirement, we were trying to remodel long distance. Looking for a designer, we needed to find someone that we could hand the ball to and she would run with it. We had an instant connection and trust in Laurie. We did a large remodel and only met with her, in person, just a few times. There were so many times we couldn’t decide what we wanted to do, and she took the time to get different ideas together for us. She always lead us in the right direction. She knew what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted! We could not have done this without her! She is amazing!

Laurie has a great eye for color and design. She can put together anything you can dream up. On my home improvement projects that she has helped me with I find her creative direction gets me many compliments from neighbors and friends.
