We hired Lori to design and oversee the remodel of our three bathrooms. Her ability to envision the finished product even before the first nail was hammered and then articulate that vision to us made us excited to get started. We really appreciated the time she took to learn about us, our needs, and our tastes. She's a great listener! Her knowledge of the seemingly infinite choices of tiling, colors, fixtures, cabinetry, etc. was most impressive and GREATLY APPRECIATED. Lori did an incredible job of sifting through and narrowing down the choices from various price ranges to those that best suited our design concept. In addition, she explained the pros and cons of various products as well. Sometimes she even encouraged us to travel slightly outside our comfort zone. Our confidence in her made the decision easy. Compliments from friends and neighbors proved that she was spot on! Lori oversaw the project every step of the way from start to finish making sure that the work being done was consistent with the vision she had created. She notified us when crews were to arrive, they showed up when they were supposed to and quality work was performed. Navigating supply and manpower shortages, Lori was still able to get the project completed in a reasonable time and within the agreed upon budget. Lori loves what she does and it shows. We love our new bathrooms!
