Heather is a decor expert with a great eye, but is also fun, funny, and a pleasure to work with. Over two years and five rooms, she has worked at our speed and made the process easy and affordable. Best of all, our house looks great!

Heather was amazing. I needed to freshen up my decor. She made my house look beautiful on a budget. She consults with you on your thoughts and inspirations and makes the room come alive. In the process, you learn so much from her. I will be using Heather for all my other room renovations.

Wow, wow, wow!!!! I am so incredibly pleased with our experience working with Heather and Funcy Decor. From the very start, they prioritized our goals while also providing their expertise to create an amazing space. Moreover, anytime we ran into a "bottleneck", Heather and her team managed it flawlessly. This whole process was much less stressful than I envisioned (and objectively less stressful compared to past experiences decorating a space). Most important, our new space is gorgeous, functional, and we love it! I will absolutely reach out to Funcy Decor for other projects I have planned in the future.

I wanted to update two bedrooms and a connecting bath. From the initial meeting to the final day of decorating, Heather was fantastic! She was hands-on throughout (much appreciated) and is beyond talented. She has a remarkable eye for color and I appreciate that she used my existing artwork as the focus for designing the rooms. She was easy to work with and created an amazing transformation down to the littlest of details! The rooms are beautiful, warm and welcoming! She's exceptional and I can’t wait for our next project!

We just bought our first home and Heather helped us immensely with furniture and decor placement in every room in the house. She offered up ideas that we hadn’t even thought of! She also gave us exact measurements for furniture and decor size recommendations so that we know exactly what we need to purchase for our space. So extremely helpful! We definitely recommend if you need that extra help designing your space!

I had such a wonderful time working with Heather on our family room reinvention. Taking our family room from dark and outdated to bright and beautiful. The whole process was extremely easy and super helpful to someone like myself who is clueless about design! Heather knew the look we were going for and presented me options in style and pricing. No detailed was missed. The family room turned out so well we decided to refreshed several other areas in our home including our entry way and dining room. I look forward to working with Heather again soon.

Heather was wonderful to work with - very professional, yet warm and friendly! She provided numerous ideas and suggestions to match the contemporary look I was going for. One tip she had that saved us the cost of a new dining room set was to update my Pennsylvania House china cabinet, buffet, and server with modern nickel pulls and hinges, and to wallpaper the back of the china cabinet to bring in the accent colors I needed. Heather shopped at stores that fit my budget, both brick-and-mortar and online, and texted many pictures and ideas for my approval. We also met at stores to choose items. Having Heather's guidance saved me time, money ( I didn't make costly mistakes with color and style), uncertainty, and stress. I highly recommend Heather Semke, of Funcy Decor!
