Excellent customer service , we had a very tight dead line which was met for Linen drapes with blackout for a tram convert so lots of different size windows... Insider have beautiful products and the freindly , knowledgable passionate operators who genuinley want to share their love of good quality and trending home wares with others .

Robyn made the whole process very enjoyable. Right from the beginning she made us feel comfortable and involved in the process. She listened to our brief and then guided us in the direction that provided us with a fantastic end result. She was very patient, understanding and helpful when it came to decision making as this is not our strongest point. The drapes suit the room perfectly and mesh with our style within the rest of our house and property, we would not have been able to come up with that idea for such natural colour and texture without her. She found the perfect balance between rustic and contemporary with a hint of colour. We would happily recommend Robyn to others.

Our Franchise Nationally & Internationally re-branded; our office employed Robyn Forster, of Inside Interiors, mid 2015 to redesign the interior of our office so that when the new branding was launched, our office would be ready. Robyn initially consulted with all the office team to gather ideas of what the collective needs were and then consulted with individual team members to find out their needs; she then measured the space that all our ideas needed to fit within. Before Robyn came up with a plan she collated the list of all the needs and sent it back to the team to prioritise; which we did. It was a huge task to come up with a plan to accommodate all the needs, but Robyn did a magnificent job. She gave us a comprehensive design that was practical, contemporary, achievable and accommodated all our needs; the beauty of the plan was that it could be done in stages, so we could start immediately implementing some of the changes; not too soon because the branding launch was 6 months away; and it also made it affordable to do in stages. The 1st draft of the Plan came back in a timely way; the plan was very full; attached to the plan was all the resources required to fulfill the plan; suggested materials, furniture, carpet etc. Robyn was very creative, she volunteered practical suggestions and solutions; she was very professional and our confidence in her to do the job and do it well was well placed.

When I first met Robyn I knew it was her that I wanted to help me with redesigning our family home. It wasn't until months later that we could afford to begin our project. Robyn was amazing. I had collected a few ideas which I showed her, most not appropriate for our colour range, however she took them away after visiting our home just once and came up with exactly what I had been dreaming of! We barely changed a thing. She gave us the class and elegance I had hoped for but couldn't even begin to do on my own. The design has given our family home such a lift that we no longer wish to sell, she bought it from a dated old farm house into a warm, luxurious family home. She was extremely professional, considerate, and quickly got a sense of exactly what we wanted. She helped us every step of the way. What Robyn designed has done more than give our home a face lift. It has risen our comfort and happiness levels for each family member. It is like a different home! I would absolutely recommend Robyn to anyone wishing to make any changes in their home no matter how big or small and I continue to use Robyn for our ongoing design choices for our accommodation and farm stay business.
