We hired Carol to do some design work for our upcoming remodel project and are very happy with what she did for us. We worked with Carol on our master bedroom & bathroom remodel. We did not have a large amount of space to work with but she was able to come up with a new floor plan that was not only more efficient but also managed to make our bedroom, bathroom and closet each feel much larger without actually gaining any square footage. In addition to the structural plans, she helped us interview contractors, pick materials and paint colors. She was always accessible and happy to help. We love the way our master turned out and would love to work with Carol again on any future projects.

She's amazing...that's pretty much the gist of it! If you're lucky enough to have Carol's services, when you're done, you'll say "I could NOT have done this without her," and you'll really mean it. Carol designed and served as the long distance project manager for the remodel of our vacation condo in FL (we live in MI). In addition to completing all the drawings and specs on the job and helping us prepare a bid and choose a contractor, she expertly guided both the contractor and us through the entire project with the most positive attitude, keeping us on track and helping us enjoy the journey. We relied on her design sense and expertise for every detail from the architectural design of the space to the selection of flooring (we replaced flooring throughout the main living area as well as the kitchen), cabinets, countertop, backsplash, lighting, fixtures, paint and stain, window treatments and accessories. Integrity isn't just the name of her company, it's what she brings to every step of the process. Always mindful of our budget, her suggestions gave careful consideration to how we use our space and how we want to feel when we're in it. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and can't wait to work with Carol on our next project.

Integrity Design helped me pull off a complete remodel of my Condominium in less than three months. And it's gorgeous. I am an artist and have a strong sense of aesthetics, but there are so many other structural and design elements to consider when you are remodeling "everything". Carol was able to "see" the finished vision, draft plans that the contractors could follow exactly, and help me navigate through a million tile choices and molding decisions--all on a very strict budget. My favorite thing though, was how Carol was able to sense my "crisis" moments and pop in just when I thought I couldn't do it, and we, together, would solve the latest logistic problem or pick the perfect paint color. I was so impressed with Integrity Design that I brought them in to bid on a large commercial space that I manage. This designer is brilliant. You would be lucky if you get to do a project with her and her team.

Carol the principal at Integrity Design is a consummate professional. I give her my highest recommendation. She worked with me and my husband on a home addition that included a bedroom, full bath, a his and hers office suite, laundry room, great room/family room and an outdoor patio area including pergola. She collaborated closely with our architect/contractor on space design on the entire remodel including lighting. She prepared the designs for permitting and did all the CAD work. She did the entire space design for our office and provided us with several options. She provided numerous CAD designs for the pergola which turned out to be an engineering and design challenge. We must've gone back and forth on the design 7-8 times. She nailed all jobs! The office space is a dream for me and my husband, highly functional and beautiful. The pergola is perfect. Carol is a pleasure to work with, easy going, collaborative, great listener, extremely knowledgeable with lots of valuable resources. The businesses and people she recommended for various parts of the remodel were top notch. She is skilled at CAD and extremely efficient with each step of the design process. And above all else, like the name of her business implies, she has integrity. She explains everything up front and follows through. I would recommend her to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use her again on a future project.

Carol is fantastic to work with! She's incredibly knowledgeable from the grand scale of a project to the most minute details, all while being professional and approachable. I appreciated how open minded and patient she was during our bathroom remodel and overall house rehab. Her vast work and life experiences come into play when creating a warm and functional space for our family. The timeline on our project was very tight, but covered everything from flooring, electrical, paint, plumbing, cabinetry, pool building consultation and so on. The subs that Carol recommended provided quality work, stayed on task and were very professional. There were times that we used workers that we had prior relationships with. Carol always welcomed them into the fold and treated them as if she has been working with them throughout the project. Carol has established relationships with many vendors throughout the local area. Our budget was tight in the kid's bath, but she was so creative that the feel of the room came off as custom and fresh. I couldn't have done it without her!

Carol is a detail oriented, high energy person who stays on top of a project, with a fast turn-around time on any changes or drawings that might be necessary. As a licensed contractor for 30 years who has a working relationship with her for over 3 years, I can attest that she has a good understanding of construction and design, which makes it nice for contractors and clients alike, knowing they can express what is needed and that she understands. Carol is very personable and easy to work with, and I highly recommend Integrity Design.

Carol helped me with literally every decision I had to make on a big kitchen/family room remodel. I literally could not have done it without her. From her guidance to cabinet and paint colors, to tile and knob decisions, cabinet design and placement, and mediation between myself and my husbands sometimes totally opposite opinions - she was great. Carol has a great eye for design and functionality! I recently remodeled two bathrooms and they turned out great!
