Loved working with Jane! Needed some help working out the best layout for our rooms upstairs (master bedroom, son’s bedroom and office). Wanted my son to have more space but also wanted the ability to have guests to stay. I was worried it wasn’t a big enough job for an interior designer but she quickly put me at ease and I only wish I’d reached out sooner. Jane helped me with the layout and then helped choose paint, curtains, furniture, flooring as well as recommending a fab handyman that did all the work for us. We’re so happy with the outcome. My son absolutely loves his new room and bunk bed (as do we). I’m so glad Jane encouraged me to be braver with the paint choices - it looks fab. I’ll definitely be in touch with Jane again when we do any further work.

Jane was recommended to me by my daughter. I needed to update two rooms and I was unsure of how to create a new look that was a statement and comfortable to live with. Jane listened to my wishes, suggested a colour to start with and built up a palate to suit the room. It was a combination that gave the room a new lease of life, classic bold yet comfortable. She produced an amazing range of fabric and wallpaper, but was happy to accept my choice that fitted the scheme. She had excellent contacts with tradesmen as we needed plasterers, decorators and soft furnishers to transform the rooms. The end result exceeded my expectations, stressless as Jane was easy to deal with, she has an enthusiastic manner which was much appreciated.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Interior Edit on our coastal garage conversion, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Jane is exceptional at what she does. She gently pushes you to be braver with your choices—encouraging ideas we wouldn’t normally consider—but somehow it always comes together beautifully. The end result feels both personal and elevated, far beyond what we could have achieved on our own. Her communication throughout the process was excellent—clear, responsive, and reassuring at every stage. And what really sets her apart is the final styling: when she comes in at the end to add those finishing touches, the whole space transforms from “that looks great” to “wow.” We constantly get compliments from guests, and the space feels like a true reflection of us, just better. We hired Jane to redesign the bedrooms for our two boys, aged 5 and 9, and we're very happy with how everything turned out. She took the time to understand their personalities and needs, and came up with designs that feel both personal and practical. Each room reflects the individual child without feeling overdone. Our younger son’s room is playful and fun, while our older son’s space has a more grown-up feel but is still very much suited to a 9-year-old. The layout, storage solutions, and overall look all work really well for our family. Jane was professional, easy to communicate with, and brought a lot of thoughtful ideas to the table. The process was smooth, and the final result is something both we and the boys are very pleased with. We’d definitely recommend Jane to others looking for thoughtful and functional design, especially for family spaces.

Jane has completed two projects for me. One a few years ago now and this latest one to help me sell my home. My partner and I had moved in together and as we brought our lives together things did not quite feel aligned! Jane introduced colour and added detail to each room that pulled everything together creating a style and harmony I didn’t think possible. I fell in love with my home once more. Not only the new joy in my home but it was show ready and the pictures taken to sell my house certainly have the wow factor. Very happy!

Highly recommend Interior Edit to anyone needing help making their house into a beautiful home. We came across Interior Edit on Houzz and immediately loved how proactive and professional Jane was when we were discussing our project with her. Jane has helped completely renovate the top two floors of our house. She has been brilliant at understanding our taste and budget and then suggesting suitable options for us. We are fairly time poor, so she has been amazing at doing all the leg work for us. If you are unsure about using an interior designer, we highly recommend having a chat with Jane. She has some great ideas. Jane is also very reasonable, the fee's she charges are fair and in our case we made lots of savings purchasing paint, furniture, bathroom items and other bits with the trade discount. She never pressurised us to buy through the trade discounts either. We got lots of recommendations from all sorts of brands. Jane was very responsive throughout the project, replying to emails and WhatsApps promptly. She would visit the property a lot too, to check in on progress and give advice in person. Thank you Jane for all your hard work! We will definitely be needing your help again for future projects.

I moved from a Victorian house to a new build and needed help with curtains/ blinds for every room. With different combinations of furniture in each room from previously, I also needed help making the pieces work together which Jane helped me with by recovering some pieces and incorporating new cushions. Jane helped me generally with the whole house including choosing wall paint and wall tiles. Jane was a pleasure to work with, always positive, flexible and responsive. She knows where to look to find things such as lamps and fabrics at different price points. She made a daunting task manageable and fun. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without her and can highly recommend her.

I do not have enough words to recommend Jane ❤️ After so many attempts and wasted money trying to make our home eye pleasing, we came to realise help Is needed. When Jane first came to my house, she said that she is gonna make us love our HOME , and indeed Jane kept her promise ! thank you Jane for allowing us all to enjoy our time in our family home. You have managed to somehow blend a bit of our style into your professional layout. I find myself smiling while looking at my dark navy bedroom walls and I remember how hard it was to accept it …. I made inquiries in Houzz asking for help in staging my property in Kent. Jane responded very quickly, despite being on the train going up North visiting her family. She followed up with great communication, kept me informed. She was flexible, taking suggestions from the estate agent and changed a couple of things at the end of project. She paid attention to details, went beyond my expectation. I'd recommend Jane fully.

Working with Jane has been great - she helped us really bring the house together and come up with some great ideas to use spaces better and make them look a lot more stylish. She’s also saved us a lot of money by avoiding some over priced options and using our budget in areas where it will have the maximum impact. We haven’t had a huge budget and have worked from room to room. Our house is a former shop which is a mix of 17c, Georgian and Victorian extensions and finding a way to make sense of the building hasn’t always been easy, Jane’s been particularly helpful in areas that we’re not that good at (fabrics and lighting) and has helped us be bolder with colour but in sympathy with character of the building,

Working with Jane has been a total pleasure. She quickly identified what we were trying to achieve with our makeover and really listened. She understood that we needed the house to work for us and didn’t try and over complicate anything. She’s always easy to contact and makes you feel like you are the only client she has. Jane has kindly asked me to make some curtains and roman blinds for a couple of her projects now. She always suggests fabrics which really compliment a room. When we've met clients to discuss window treatments, she really listens to what they would like and suggests fabrics and designs which not only suit the style of the project but offers options to suit the budget aswell. Jane is really friendly and just so enjoyable to work with. She has helped me to hang curtains and so isn't afraid to roll her sleeves and get stuck in! I've seen a couple of finished spaces designed by Jane and she has a real talent for making homes look just beautiful.

I’m so glad we decided to work with Jane of Interior Edit for our house decoration and furnishing project. She has been fantastic. Jane is very efficient and responsive and is a pleasure to work with. She has opened up the world of interior design to us, including fabrics, lighting and much more! She has used her extensive experience to advise us where to shop for specific items, provide many suggestions and act as an invaluable sounding board to help us make decisions. Jane uses useful design programmes to plot rooms and brainstorm schemes. She is also flexible and open to collaborating in whatever way suits us, which is mainly via shared documents and regular update calls or meetings. We have decorated and furnished one bedroom and have almost finished two big rooms downstairs. We’re very happy with the three rooms and are excited to start work on other rooms in the house with Jane’s help. I would definitely recommend Jane and Interior Edit!

Jane transformed four of our rooms in our new house and helped with some inspiration in a further three rooms. Jane was patient and listened to what we were trying to achieve and the ideas we had, but was happy to give us a good steer about what would work best. In the office in particular she encouraged us to go a bit bolder and the results are fantastic- it’s one of the best rooms in the house. It’s amazing how Jane can co ordinate all the colours and themes in the room and really bring it together. The best bit was when Jane came once the rooms were decorated and furniture had arrived and dressed them- the rooms were completely transformed. There is no way we could have achieved these results on our own and are really grateful to Jane for making our house a home! We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Jane whether you are looking for advice or for a come plate refurbishment of a room.

I can't recommend Jane enough. When we moved house at the start of last year, I felt that our furniture just didn't fit and we needed a complete overhaul (which I really didn't want to have to do, as I really liked some of our pieces). Thankfully Jane had an excellent eye for how to rejig our existing furniture, even to different rooms, and complement it with a few more pieces and accessories that pulled it altogether. We are now really happy! Jane was down to earth, very pragmatic and keen to source something I really loved rather than something that an interior designer might like or want to push. That made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed the process. Would highly recommend!

Jane was incredibly helpful when I needed to redesign my hallways. She has a great eye and understood exactly what I was after. She sent me a number of ideas and helped me choose some really lovely pieces which suited my 'modern Georgian' house. I take ages to decide anything, so the fact that she managed to come up with ideas which I immediately loved shows how great she was at understanding my taste. I particularly love the reclaimed French console and dresser she found, and great value too compared to other places I'd looked. I now have a lovely, stylish and welcoming hallway downstairs and my upstairs hallway works really well for the house. She is a lovely, warm person who is easy to work with. Can't thank Jane enough and would highly recommend her work.

Jane did a fantastic job at interior designing our new house. What I loved the most about working with her was her flexibility, taking the time to understand our requirements, tastes, timelines and working with us to deliver on all fronts. When we started working with Jane, we were looking to renovate our house and she worked with us to plan on it. A few weeks later we made an offer on our dream property and she very quickly adapted to fit in to our new requirements. With a house move and baby on the way, she worked around us to make it all happen. She did an amazing job at incorporating what we already had and had strong preferences for with the network of people she worked with and companies that she had discount arrangements with. We will definitely be working with her again and highly recommend to anyone who would like creativity, doesnt want the stress of managing it all and needs that one stop shop for all their interior designing needs at a reasonable price.

Working with Jane was a fantastic experience. From the moment I met her, I knew we would get on and also that she understood the vision I had for our living room. Jane stood out from our first meeting as she came prepared with a suitcase full of ideas - literally! We had a mix of phone calls, face-to-face meetings, WhatsApp messages and shopping trips which worked really well from my perspective. I felt that Jane listened to all my concerns and also understood that I wanted to ensure that we didn't go over budget (we didn't!).
