My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Jenna was an absolute delight to work with! She was assigned to us when working with Urban NW homes and we honestly do not what we would have done without her! We were living out of state during the whole home build and Jenna was our eyes and ears during the whole process. She kept us up to date on everything (often sending us pictures) and we felt she was always looking out for our best interests. The entire experience was very collaborative, as she listened to our ideas and provided guidance and approval throughout the build and decision-making process. She is very professional, yet it felt like we were working with a long-time friend. She is extremely organized, approachable and fantastic at communicating. We are thankful Jenna was a part of our experience!

Wish I could give more stars!!! Jenna is an absolute dream to work with … she is so responsive and on the ball all the time. Her ideas, are functional while keeping style in mind. My house functions like a dream and it’s all because of Jenna. Everything came out exactly as I envisioned for my forever home. I’m addition to her ability to design a beautiful and functional home, she worked directly with all the subs and stayed on top of every detail (way above and beyond). We just can’t say enough positive amazing things about Jenna… if your lucky enough to get to build your dream home, for now home, or forever home… you can’t go wrong with having Jenna on your team ! Jenna is professional, creative, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. She has been an integral part of my luxury custom home team at Urban NW Homes and I feel very fortunate to rely on her expertise. She is articulate, open to any and all ideas and suggestions and takes an intangible dream and makes it a reality.
