My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Joy Brokaw designed the renovation of our beach home. She is such a talented designer!! We love the end result especially the high end finishes and the amazing details. We could not be happier! We highly and enthusiastically recommend using Interior Options for our next home project.

Interior Options would not exist without their a talented team of interior designers and interior architects who work collaboratively throughout the process, maintaining attention to their clients needs. They bring creative thoughts and ideas after discussing the client's intentions with scopes of the projects ranging from small bathroom re-designs to entire homes. You will experience warmth, thoughtful professional individuals who are detail oriented. Their work includes a wide range of interior architectural styles and have an exclusive network of contractors, mill workers, and interior product installation teams which pride themselves producing a quality product. Interior Options has been doing interiors for many years and want their clients to feel they had a part with the creation of the final interior.

We have worked with Joy on two projects, the last being a complete (new construction) home from design (with our architect), interior styling, design of built-ins and finally interior design. She was invaluable as an ongoing resource and kept us from making numerous errors as well as enabled us to save money on many of the projects due to her many industry contacts. Unlike other designers that we worked with, she did not commandeer the project and tell us what we want to do....she listened to us and guided us to great outcomes as well as help us understand and make the best decisions. This was over a year long project and she enabled things to progress smoothly and on time.
